Fiesta Greek Salad
This Greek salad is really light in sauce. If you like, you could spinkle feta chesse. Sprinkle chicken when ready to be served, to keep the crips.
Ingredients:
1 pc green paprika, throw the seed, thinly slices
2 pc tomato, diced cut
100 g steam sweet corn seed
2 pc japanese cucumber, diced cut
10 pc black olive
20 pieace Fiesta chicken ,fried
8 pc butterhead lettuce
Sauce, Stir Evenly:
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic ,seam
4 pc mint leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Selada gaya Yunani ini sangat ringan sausnya. Jika suka bisa ditambah taburan feta cheese yang dipotong kecil. Taburkan chicken pok-pok saat akan disajikan agar rasanya masih renyah.
Bahan:
1 buah paprika hijau, buang bijinya, potong kecil
2 buah tomat merah, potong dadu
100 g biji jagung manis rebus
2 buah mentimun Jepang, potong dadu kecil
10 buah olive hitam
20 buah Fiesta chicken pok-pok, goreng
8 lembar butterhead lettuce
Saus, aduk rata:
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 siung bawang putih, parut
4 helai daun mint, cincang halus
2 sdm air jeruk lemon
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt merica hitam
Cara membuat:
Untuk 8 orang
